RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator One-Year Limited Warranty

ONTIME supports its RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator products with a limited One-Year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

ONTIME CO., LTD. warrants that the RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator is free from defects in material and workmanship that result in Product failure during normal usage, according to the following terms and conditions:

1. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/ end-user.
2. The limited warranty for the Product extends for ONE year beginning in 45 days from the date of the Bill of Loading is issued and in 10 days from the date of the Air Way Bill is issued.
3. During the limited warranty period, ONTIME CO., LTD. will repair or replace, at ONTIME' s sole option, for any defective parts, or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use. For any replacement, because of product malfunction or failure during normal usage, Customer is required to send back of the defective parts.
4. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the defective parts to ONTIME. ONTIME shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement parts back to the customer.
5. The customer shall have no coverage or benefit under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
   * The Product has been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, and improper storage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of ONTIME, including damage caused by shipping.
